How to Download a DCI form:
- Open the DCI form you need
- Download the DCI form to your drive and save it to a file you will know where to find (Example: DCI Forms 2022-2023)
- Locate the form you saved and right click the file and open with Adobe Acrobat DC
- You will now be able to fill the form out properly and save it to your files
